The Assistant Controller will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. They will collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, as well as assist in streamlining and improving financial processes and systems.QualificationsProficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingStrong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and internal controlsExperience with financial software and tools,



as well as proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA designation or equivalent is highly desirableExperience in the creative or design industry is an assetAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWe carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine annual fair market compensation including your specific responsibilities, skills, and experience.
