Jordans Interiors is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our Victoria location.

We’re looking for a self‑motivated, energetic leader with strong customer service and sales focus.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide sales leadership and maximize store performance by ensuring staff deliver excellent customer service, creative selling techniques, and strong merchandising execution
- Reinforce customer service standards through coaching, feedback, and development
- Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and overall store appearance
- Monitor inventory levels, lead inventory counts,



and communicate discrepancies to Inventory Control and Management
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and foster an environment where all staff are treated fairly, with dignity and respect
- Perform operational functions including opening/closing procedures, register operations, and back‑office tasks
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories and effectively communicate this information to staff
- Stay current on all advertising, promotions, and merchandise updates
- Attend, participate in, and when appropriate lead store charity events, social functions, and product knowledge sessions
- Communicate customer feedback to management regarding merchandising, policies, challenges, or suggestions
- Exhibit a positive attitude and enthusiasm in all interactions with staff and customers

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of retail or management experience
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- 2+ years of home‑related design or visual merchandising experience
- Availability to work at least 3 closing shifts per week, including weekends
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift up to 50 lbs

College degree preferred or equivalent experience Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
