About the Role

Our consulting client is seeking a Senior AI Developer with solid hands-on experience in Windsurf, Claude Code, Commercial Gen AI, and Artificial Intelligence . This role will focus on building and hardening AI development harnesses, creating specialized agents, and supporting conversational-to-production workflows within complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate brings practical AI engineering experience combined with exposure to legacy, Brownfield, regulatory, Greenfield, and SaaS conversion programs .

Responsibilities

- Build and harden harnesses using Windsurf and Claude Code .
- Build and support Harness Hardening capabilities and create specific AI agents.
- Develop and support end-to-end conversational-to-production workflows .
- Automate testing and solutions using AI-driven approaches.
- Create solution design and technical design documents.
- Build reusable harness skills and templates .
- Support Greenfield,



Brownfield, and SaaS conversion programs .
- Work effectively within legacy and regulatory project environments.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence and Commercial Gen AI capabilities to enterprise development and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills / What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Windsurf and Claude Code .
- Strong experience with Commercial Gen AI .
- Strong Artificial Intelligence development skills.
- Experience building and hardening AI development harnesses.
- Ability to build and support specialized AI agents .
- Experience with end-to-end conversational-to-production workflows.
