Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners to ensure compliance and develop high-quality experiential opportunities that support workforce development.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee placement processes and learner assignments
- Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators for WIL
- Provide guidance on WIL policies and procedures
- Deliver resources and training for students and facultyRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health discipline or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in practicum coordination or clinical education
- Proven ability in stakeholder relationship management
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data
