Take on a key role as the Events Coordinator for the ONE Campaign, focused on North American advocacy initiatives. Leverage your event planning skills to create impactful gatherings that inspire change.

In this position with the ONE Campaign, the Events Coordinator will work collaboratively with the North America Advocacy team to plan and implement diverse events. Your organizational prowess will ensure successful execution from inception to post-event analysis. This role can be performed hybrid out of Washington, DC or remotely in Ottawa, Canada.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in conceptualizing and executing strategic advocacy events • Manage event logistics,



including vendor contracts and budgeting • Ensure smooth in office event execution and coordination • Build relationships with partners and stakeholders • Maintain a detailed stakeholder communication process

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration • Familiarity with CRM and event management software • Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada required
