If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our team as a Senior Associate. The Position A Senior Associate is a critical role in our business who shapes, contributes to, and leads the execution of client projects and workstreams; designs and facilitates experiences; delivers high value to our clients; and helps build the team and brand. Day-to-day, you will enable project execution and delivery by:

- Leading client projects and/or specific workstreams of client projects;
- Developing project approaches and work plans, and aligning consulting teams to execute against them;
- Developing solutions and recommendations;
- Designing and facilitating client meetings and workshops;
- Defining and leading the development of client deliverables;
- Building and managing client relationships;
- Ensuring project risk management and profitability by effectively managing projects to scope, schedule, and budget; and
- Support and enable associates to learn the craft of project execution and management consulting.

In addition, you will have opportunities to participate in and lead internal projects to improve how we work as we seek efficiencies and growth opportunities as a firm. A note to potential candidates: This is a hybrid role. The Stack’d Calgary team is expected to work in the office / at client site on average three (3) days per week out of the Calgary location.

Core Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or other comparable fields.
- Three to five years of management consulting work experience. (Big Four experience desired)
- Must be legally able to work in Canada and the United States.
- Must be willing to relocate to Calgary, Alberta.

- Business Development – You’ve had exposure to selling professional services and have ideas on how to contribute to the process of growing the practice.

- Microsoft Office Suite – You have an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, with a specific emphasis on PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Teams.
