We are looking for a Senior AV Production Technician. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, adaptable, and capable of performing under pressure while supporting senior executives, presenters, and event stakeholders.

Work Location: Brampton - onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Event Preparation & System Readiness

· Review event requirements, run-of-show documents, and client expectations

· Configure, test, and validate all audio, video, streaming, presentation, and networking systems prior to event start

· Verify equipment functionality, software updates, content readiness, and signal routing across all event platforms

· Coordinate rehearsals and presenter testing for both onsite and remote participants

Live Event Production

· Operate and support corporate town halls, executive presentations, conferences, hybrid meetings, virtual events, and special productions

· Execute live video switching, audio routing, presentation management, webcast production, and audience engagement elements

· Monitor event quality across in-room, presenter, webcast, and recording outputs

· Manage production cues, content playback, graphics, and event transitions in accordance with the run-of-show

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

· Diagnose and resolve audio, video, streaming, presentation, software, hardware, and network issues before and during live events

· Quickly identify root causes and implement solutions with minimal disruption to presenters and attendees





· Maintain backup workflows and contingency plans to ensure event continuity

· Remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in high-pressure environments

Client & Presenter Support

· Serve as a primary technical contact for presenters, event organizers, and business stakeholders

· Provide professional support to senior leaders and executive presenters

· Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Accommodate last-minute event changes while maintaining production quality and client confidence
