Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Bridal Seamstress to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will bring exquisite bridal visions to life by expertly crafting, altering, and customizing wedding gowns and accessories. Your craftsmanship will ensure each bride feels confident, radiant, and uniquely beautiful on her special day.

Duties

- Collaborate closely with brides and designers to understand specific gown requirements and preferences.
- Perform precise measurements and fittings to ensure perfect fit and comfort for each bride.
- Sew, alter, and customize wedding dresses using high-quality techniques, ensuring durability and elegance.
- Make detailed adjustments such as taking in or letting out seams, hemming, and adding embellishments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace with all sewing tools and materials readily accessible.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding progress, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.




- Ensure all garments meet the highest standards of craftsmanship before delivery or final fitting.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a bridal seamstress or in a similar sewing role with a robust portfolio of bridal wear.
- Exceptional sewing skills with proficiency in hand stitching, machine sewing, and finishing techniques.
- Strong understanding of basic math for measurements, pattern adjustments, and fabric calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for brides and clients.
- Ability to interpret design sketches or instructions accurately and translate them into high-quality garments.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality control and finishing touches.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining craftsmanship standards.
