SKILLS REQUIRED

5-10 years' experience Private Equity Valuations

Must have 10+ years of exp. in finance and investment mgmt. industry

Must have deep domain knowledge of PE valuations trading comps| precedent transactions| EV bridges| multiple selection

Experience writing structured requirements and acceptance criteria for data-intensive financial tools

Familiarity with IFRS fair value measurement and audit-readiness requirements

Stakeholder management across deal teams| valuation groups| and engineering

Data modelling and schema design, UAT coordination and test case design for financial accuracy validation
