Together we can create a better, more circular tomorrow.Reporting to the Corunna Mechanical Supervisor, theMechanical Maintenance Technicianis responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting stationary mechanical equipment and industrial machinery, including but not limited to:You Will Use Your Expertise To:Execute maintenance job tasks in a safe, professional mannerRead diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work proceduresOperate rigging equipment and dollies to place heavy machinery and partsWork alongside millwrights performing rotating equipment repairsPerform maintenance work on heat exchangers, drums and other static equipmentPerform predictive and operational maintenance using procedures such as vibration analysis, and repair or replace defective parts when necessaryService and repair hydraulic,



pneumatic systems and controlsUpdate and maintain equipment historyMaintain inventory of replacement parts and critical sparesEmploy troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques using appropriate operating and technical inputsNetwork with support servicesRotate within work teams across Manufacturing EastSupport the Routine Maintenance regional resource pool, supporting 24/7 work environment through after-hours call-out requestsContribute to the Routine Maintenance team by supporting the established work systemsWhat We Are Looking For:Millwright Mechanical Technician (MTIM) or equivalent college diploma AND/OR holder of a Red Seal Certification for Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)Co-op experience will be considered an assetRecent, relevant experience in an industrial maintenance environmentDemonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge gained through hands‑on maintenance experienceAbility to comply with all Responsible Care® policies, procedures, and guidelinesProven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while contributing effectively as part of a teamStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility to support a 24/7 operating setting, including alternative work schedulesWillingness to participate in planned and unplanned shutdowns and turnaround activitiesAbility to develop in‑depth knowledge of site equipment, processes, and maintenance systemsCommitment to continuous learning, including multi‑skilling developmentAbility to develop a working knowledge of SAP notifications, work orders,
