Key Responsibilities:



• Lead training programs for new staff members • Foster positive relationships with residents facing challenges • Provide mental health support and crisis intervention • Oversee room preparations and ensure safety protocols • Assist in creating and implementing client care plans

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education in social work or psychology • One year experience in resident support work • Strong conflict management and decision-making skills • Willingness to obtain First Aid Certification • Knowledge of harm reduction practices and HIFIS system
