Key Responsibilities: • Accept patient assignments as needed • Plan and coordinate nursing care with interdisciplinary teams • Educate patients, families,



and community providers • Provide leadership and mentorship to current staff • Ensure compliance with patient safety and hospital policies

Requirements: • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Preferred experience in Low Tolerance Long Duration rehabilitation • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred • Certification in gerontology or rehab nursing preferred • Strong communication and leadership skills
