Job DescriptionReporting to the Front of House Management Team the Server Assistants play a key support role in the guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and assisting Servers in delivering seamless service. With strong attention to detail and a high level of floor awareness, they ensure all tables are properly set and that food and beverage service is executed to standard.THE DAY TO DAY:Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services when necessaryAssist with food running, ensuring that plates arrive to the proper guest (no auctioning off)Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutterCommunicate with Servers and Hosts to maximize seatingPractice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as requiredEnsure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with milk, cream, butter etc.Monitor food quality and presentation standardsFollow all food safety standards and systemsEmpty garbage, change linen bags and dispose of garbage and recyclingCommunicate to all Servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive,
