OverviewImmediate Hiring! Apply Today!The starting pay for this position is $24.00/hr. Base pay may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The role of the Roadside Technician is an emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. When a customer has a tire failure, a Technician is dispatched to the location to repair or change the tire. The Technician is expected to be available roadside when performing job duties. During times with no service calls, Technicians help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and other general duties as needed.Shift InformationThis position includes participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. During an assigned on‑call period, Technicians are expected to respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—at a high rate of acceptance. All after‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.ResponsibilitiesServicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages,
