As a family-run business with a strong reputation for quality and care, we continue to grow – and we want you to grow with us!WHAT WE OFFERA stable, long-term career chance with steady hoursSupportive, team-oriented environmentOpportunity to work with modern equipment and grow your skillsWHAT YOU’LL DOInspect products for quality and size, making adjustments as neededCommunicate with drivers, operators, and staff to follow production plansInspect bags every 15 minutes for seal, date codes, labels, and quality standardsEnsure proper setup of Bosch machines and tubers per production planWalk the line hourly to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtimeMonitor chiller temps, tunnel temps, fan speeds, and recipe mixes every two hoursComplete startup and shutdown checklists each shiftWear proper PPE and follow safety standards at all timesConnect with supervisors to report concerns, changes, or updatesSupport production quotas and report quality concerns promptlyPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/ManagerWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environment (asset, not required)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, team-oriented,
