Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure disciplined pricing decisions, accurate rebate management, and transparent visibility into customer and channel profitability.This position is ideal for a CPA with strong analytical skills who enjoys working close to the business and translating financial data into actionable commercial insights.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales and Commercial teams to support pricing decisions, deal analysis, and customer profitability assessmentsAnalyze product, customer, and channel margins, identifying drivers of profitability and areas for improvementSupport the development, review, and monitoring of pricing programs, discounts, and promotional initiativesManage and analyze customer rebate programs including monthly accruals, master data integrity, and variance analysisDevelop financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes, rebates, and commercial programs on revenue and marginSupport Sales team on critical monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activitiesPrepare regular reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance,
