Additionally, we are dedicated to building solid relationships with our student employees by engaging with them throughout their education and career pursuits and creating opportunities for ongoing communication and relationship building.What You'll Do:As the Banking Analytics Student, you will be supporting the Banking Analytics & Business Strategy Support team, whose responsibilities include campaign analytics for Credit Card acquisition (audience selection, strategy design, performance analysis); building and maintaining self-serve, interactive dashboards; and providing customer and portfolio insights. The team also provides supporting analytics for compliance and regulatory operational initiatives. There is a significant amount of cross-divisional collaboration and exposure to many aspects of the business. The student will assist the analysts on the team by aiding in campaign test design and building post analytic campaign work to deliver banking insights.Aid in the development of marketing campaign targeting,



incorporating test and learn strategies for digital/email/traditional channels based on objectives obtained through written and verbal communication with our business partnersExplore and analyze data from multiple databases and resourcesDevelop new data visualization dashboards while enhancing and maintaining existing reports; utilizing platforms such as TableauGenerate ad-hoc analysis based on banking data and transactional behaviour, enabling our business partners to make informed decisionsUpdate and enhance knowledge documents that help support the Banking Analytics & Business Strategy Support teamWhat you bring:Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related disciplineDemonstrated superior analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skillsPrevious programming experience (e.G. Python/SAS/R/SQL) Databricks or Hive would be an assetStrong proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)Data visualization development using Tableau, Power BI or similar tooling is an assetWe're always looking for great talent!
