Role: Senior Cloud Support Engineer
Location: Toronto – 4 days/week onsite
Interview: F2F interview may be required
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Cloud Support / Production Support / SRE experience
- Solid Azure, AWS and/or GCP experience and cloud certifications
- Hands-on Dynatrace, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and/or Splunk
- Kubernetes and containerized application support
- L2/L3 production support and 24x7 SLA-driven environments
- Strong Incident Management, Major Incident Response, Problem Management and RCA
- Troubleshooting of APIs, distributed systems and enterprise SaaS applications
- ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence , runbooks and operational documentation
- Strong SQL; MySQL/PostgreSQL experience is a plus
- Linux administration and troubleshooting experience preferred
