Your Role:

- Managing outstanding accounts
- Contacting customers regarding overdue balances

- Negotiating payment arrangements
- Ensuring timely collection of receivables while maintaining a skilled and customer-focused approach

Who you are:

- Strong communication skills
- Experienced collector.

- Excellent phone etiquette





- Acute computer skills

- Negotiate repayment arrangement
- Accurately update consumer account information
- Utilize various trace tools to locate consumer information

- Clearly document call results

- Exceed minimum performance requirements
- Adhere to strict security policies & procedures
- High speed internet with ethernet cord connection

Hours of operations:

Monday: 8h30am to 5h00pm

Tuesday: 10h00am to 7h00pm

Wednesday & Thursday: 8h30am to 5h00pm

Friday: 8h30am to 4h00pm

Salary Range: Based on experience

$70,000 to $90,000 including commissions.
