Qualified individuals, including those with disabilities and Protected Veterans, are encouraged to apply.Key Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert across Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Perks, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Reporting.Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and Workday releases.Provide advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support for Workday, resolving complex system issues.Partner with HR and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, including advanced matrix reports.Optimize and troubleshoot reports to improve performance, usability, and data accuracy.Manage report governance, including cataloging, version control, naming conventions, and security access.Develop and maintain calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision‑making.Manage Workday security configuration, including domain and role‑based security.Create and maintain documentation such as business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The JobBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with Workday, including configuration, reporting, and system support.Strong experience with Workday HCM modules (e.G., Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation,
