Service Delivery ManagerLocation:Canada (Remote)About AequilibriumAequilibrium (AEQ) is a Canadian digital transformation and innovation consulting firm helping organizations create remarkable digital experiences through strategy, design, software development, AI, and immersive technologies.We work with enterprise and public-sector clients across Canada and North America to deliver impactful digital solutions that improve customer and employee experiences.About the RoleAEQ is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with experience supporting and delivering Canadian public-sector and enterprise technology initiatives.This role will support proposal development, delivery planning, estimation, staffing coordination, and project execution for digital transformation initiatives across government, healthcare, education, and related sectors.The ideal candidate combines solid project delivery experience with practical knowledge of Canadian RFP processes and client engagement.ResponsibilitiesSupport public-sector and enterprise proposal responses and pursuit activitiesDevelop project estimates, staffing plans, delivery approaches, and timelinesCollaborate with recruiting, leadership, designers, and technical teams during pursuitsCoordinate delivery readiness for awarded projectsLead or support software and digital transformation project deliveryManage project risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules,



and stakeholder communicationContribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, proposal assets, and estimation frameworksParticipate in client meetings, workshops, presentations, and project planning sessionsQualifications5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, digital consulting, or technology deliveryProven experience supporting, responding to, and contributing tosuccessful RFP/proposal submissionsfor Canadian public-sector or enterprise clientsStrong understanding ofCanadian procurement and proposal processes, including estimation, staffing plans, and delivery approachesExperience leading or supporting digital transformation and software delivery initiativesStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practicesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skillsExperience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsPreferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum, Agile, or related certificationsExperience with digital transformation, UX/CX, cloud, AI, or custom software projectsFamiliarity with Canadian procurement and proposal processesExperience in consulting or professional services environmentsCompensationCompetitive salary based on experience, $70k-90k per annumPerformance bonus opportunitiesFlexible remote/hybrid work environmentOpportunity to work on innovative public-sector and enterprise initiatives across Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
