This new role will contribute to data ingestion, modeling, and reporting efforts using Fabric's data engineering tools and Power BI.This is a foundational role as we implement our first data lake and begin integrating sources such as SQL servers, Oracle databases, FTP folders, APIs, and streaming data.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Pipelines, Notebooks)Model data for usability in Power BI datasets and semantic modelsWork with stakeholders to support proof‑of‑concept dashboards and reportsMonitor and troubleshoot ingestion jobs and data refreshesDevelop documentation and repeatable workflowsCollaborate with external consultants and internal teamsQualifications3+ years working in a heavily regulated industry/financial services industry3+ years of experience in data engineering or BI developmentHands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse/Power BI + Lakehouse stack)Proficient in T‑SQL, DAX, and Python (for Notebooks)Experience with dimensional modeling and self‑serve BI enablementFamiliarity with Power BI deployment, datasets, and performance tuningStrong problem‑solving skills across data ingestion, transformation, and visualizationNice to HaveExposure to systems such as SQL Server, Oracle databases, FTP folders, and API integrationsExperience integrating REST APIs or structured file sourcesUnderstanding of RBAC and workspace management in Microsoft FabricPrevious experience in real estate, property management, or digital marketing analyticsThe expected range of compensation for this role is $84,000 to $128,000.If you require accommodation to complete the application process, please contact us.#J-18808-Ljbffr
