Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Developer - Platform Engineer in the Financial Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Kubernetes infrastructure across the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) environment
- Support the design and development of platforms that enable MLOps, AI, and agentic applications
- Deploy and manage applications running on Kubernetes in production environments
- Use Helm and Argo CD for application and platform deployments
- Help establish scalable deployment patterns and operational standards for AI and agentic workloads
- Automate platform operations and improve the reliability and efficiency of Kubernetes deployments

Successful candidates will have:

- Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Experience building, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Experience with Kubernetes application deployment using Helm
- Experience with Argo CD and GitOps-based deployment practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, containers,



Kubernetes infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Experience maintaining and supporting production Kubernetes platforms
