Insight Global is seeking a Senior CyberArk Consultant to join a growing cybersecurity team. This individual will serve as a hands-on technical specialist focused on the design, implementation, and support of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong emphasis on CyberArk. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering enterprise-scale CyberArk deployments and partnering with clients to address privileged access, security, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end CyberArk implementation, migration, and optimization projects.

- Design, configure, and maintain CyberArk solutions including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privilege Cloud, Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), PSM, CPM, and PVWA.

- Conduct discovery sessions, technical assessments, and requirements-gathering workshops with clients.

- Develop technical designs, implementation plans, operational procedures, and supporting documentation.

- Collaborate with security teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to solve privileged access challenges.

- Support solution testing, validation, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.

- Provide CyberArk expertise during client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.

- Ensure PAM solutions align with security best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications





- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

- Strong experience implementing and administering CyberArk solutions.

- Hands-on experience with one or more CyberArk products, including PAM, Privilege Cloud, EPM, PSM, CPM, and PVWA.

- Strong understanding of Active Directory and LDAP.

- Experience administering Windows and Linux environments.

- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege access principles.

- Understanding of cloud identity and privileged access management concepts.

- Experience gathering business and technical requirements and producing technical documentation.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

- Exposure to enterprise cybersecurity, IAM, or PAM transformation initiatives.

- Relevant CyberArk certifications.

- Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
