Vasa Digital is looking for an exceptional Senior Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect to support a high-visibility enterprise privacy and cybersecurity initiative. This is not a cybersecurity operations role. We need someone with deep cybersecurity expertise who can also operate as an Enterprise Architect, business consultant and a practitioner.

The immediate objective is to map how personally identifiable information—covering both customers and employees—is captured, used, stored and shared across a complex enterprise technology landscape. The work will also establish the architecture information model, governance and repeatable EA practice needed to maintain this knowledge over time and support future cybersecurity assessments.

What You Will Do

- Work alongside an existing Enterprise Architect leading the initiative
- Collect and assess current-state architecture and technical documentation
- Work with solution architects, security teams and business stakeholders to validate how PII moves through applications and integrations
- Map PII across a dedicated business and technology domain
- Identify where sensitive information is collected, processed, stored, shared and protected
- Create a structured schema and unique identifiers for PII elements across the enterprise
- Connect PII to applications, interfaces, business processes, owners and technology components
- Enable questions such as: “Which systems capture, store or transmit Social Security numbers?”
- Create clear, consistent and reusable architecture views




- Help establish the governance and operating model needed to keep the information current
- Dedicate part of the engagement to turning this work into a repeatable Enterprise Architecture competency
- Produce trusted collateral for future cybersecurity and privacy assessments

Following an initial onboarding period, you will take ownership of a separate business domain while continuing to collaborate with the broader architecture and cybersecurity teams.

You are a cybersecurity expert who can see beyond individual controls and technologies to understand the entire enterprise landscape.

You can “hunt with the technologists” while communicating credibly with executives and business leaders.



You are comfortable working through incomplete documentation, asking difficult questions and turning fragmented information into a coherent architecture.

You are also collaborative, coachable and interested in helping build a lasting organizational capability—not simply completing a one-time set of diagrams.

Required Experience

- 12+ years of experience across cybersecurity architecture, Enterprise Architecture, privacy, data protection or technology consulting
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles
- Experience mapping PII, sensitive data or regulated information across enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of applications, integrations, data flows and security controls
- Experience developing architecture schemas, metamodels or structured information models
- Ability to interpret and improve current-state technical and architecture documentation
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and complex enterprise workplace
- Hands-on experience with LeanIX, Ardoq or another Enterprise Architecture platform would be highly valuable
