- 10+ years in Data & Analytics
- 5+ years hands-on Databricks Architecture
- End-to-end Databricks implementation experience
- Solid Databricks Data Engineering, ETL & pipeline development
- Strong AWS experience with S3, Redshift & Lake Formation
- Excellent Apache Spark / PySpark skills
- Data Lake, Data Warehouse & Lakehouse architecture
- Unity Catalog & Delta Lake
- Data Modeling, Governance, Metadata & Data Quality
- Exposure to Mosaic AI, Databricks Genie & Agent Bricks
- AI/GenAI & Data Modernization experience preferred
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- AWS Solutions Architect Certification preferred
