This opportunity is perfectly suited for an energetic, initiative taking professional looking to build a long term career in the Healthcare industry.ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional service by building positive, professional relationships with patients, Doctors, Nurses and Insurance Agents.Managing data entry, phone calls and emails, and proactively making outbound calls to patients for necessary follow-up throughout the order process.Providing timely follow up regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery of urology supplies.Effectively communicating with customers over phone and email in both English and French would be a strong assetIdentifying customer needs and determining the appropriate course of action.Accurately processing orders and taking payments over the phone.Helping customers navigate and understand complex insurance coverage inquiries.Making professional product recommendations based on the patient's best end use.Collecting general information (DOB, insurance) from patients and ensuring the client database is updated and maintainedQualificationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and QuebecoisSoft Skills: An outgoing, bubbly personality, and a high degree of initiative and proactivity.Customer Focus: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage patient relationships.Adaptability:
