Certified forklift experience is an asset.Shift premiums are available for back shifts and unscheduled shifts. Starting wage with no experience is $18.05 per hour. Current employees with proven experience may start at a higher wage. Maximum wage is $20.50 per hour. Shift premiums range from $1.00 to $2.00 per hour and stack to allow multiple premiums based on conditions.Part‑time perks and pension enrollment are available, based on an average of work hours over a 6‑month period.ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery with the materials it needs to continue to run and produce quality products.Accurately track materials used throughout production.Perform and record food safety quality checks to ensure products are within specifications.Perform minor troubleshooting and adjust machine settings.Maintain cleanliness of machinery and workspace.Follow directions given by supervisors and management regardless of direct reports.QualificationsPhysically fit to stand or walk for periods up to 12 hours; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs approximately 200 times per day every 2 hours.Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
