Personal Support Worker (PSW) PositionThe Personal Support Worker (PSW) is responsible for providing care to residents according to their care plans, identifying resident needs, and maintaining a safe and secure setting for residents, visitors, and staff members.ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring care given to residents, ensuring it aligns with the established plan by observing residents and reporting findings to the immediate supervisor.Assist in documenting information related to residents’ care as directed.Attend in‑service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.Assist in onboarding new staff as directed.Follow IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) policies and procedures.QualificationsGraduate of a Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.Meet the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges,
