The Real Assets team advises governments and businesses in the financing and delivery of complex infrastructure and capital projects and programs. As part of our team, you’ll provide procurement, financing and execution advisory to projects in the energy, infrastructure, and mining sectors. Your work will demonstrate and build strong commercial and financial acumen, sector expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders and resources.The OpportunityLead and execute infrastructure and project finance advisory engagements across a variety of asset typesDevelop, review, and oversee complex financial models supporting project financing and funding analysesPerform financial, commercial, and market analyses related to infrastructure and project financeStay current on developments in the Canadian infrastructure market and identify advisory opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisorTrain, coach, and review work completed by Associates and Senior Associates across multiple engagementsContribute to the preparation and review of client reports, deliverables, and information memorandumsLead business development efforts, including proposals, pitch decks, and other marketing materialsWork collaboratively across teams in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environmentWhat You’ll BringStrong finance background with experience in project finance and/or infrastructure advisory or investingExperience gained in a consulting firm, lender, sponsor, developer, investor,



or government agency is considered an assetProven financial modeling expertise, including the development and review of models for infrastructure projectsExperience with financial forecasting and cash‑flow analysisExperience working in infrastructure broadly; sector‑specific experience is considered an asset but not requiredCFA designation preferred or actively pursuing; CPA not requiredFamiliarity with tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar platforms is considered an assetAbility to work independently and confidently in ambiguous, fast‑moving environmentsOpenness to learning new tools and approaches, including emerging digital and analytics capabilitiesStrong communication skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teamsThe salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.
