You will engage with diverse stakeholders to develop effective solutions, track program outcomes, and ensure compliance with health standards, thus promoting a culture of wellness in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement integrated wellness programs
• Schedule and oversee program operations and compliance




• Evaluate program effectiveness with metrics and data
• Research best practices for program enhancement
• Promote engagement through communication strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in a health-related field, Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of experience in wellness program development
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
