Lumentis Group is seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert to lead SMT manufacturing capability, equipment selection, installation and launch. You will work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Program Management and Supply Chain to establish scalable SMT processes and ensure production readiness.

The role requires robust technical leadership in PCB/PCBA manufacturing, AOI, reflow, testing and DFMA/DFT reviews, with a focus on automotive-quality systems and
