Director, Canada, you will serve as the primary public leader for WorldServe's Canadian office. This pivotal role focuses on national fundraising strategies, partnership development, and leading the Mission Engagement Advisor team. Your efforts will directly support our mission of aiding the persecuted church while fostering collaboration within the executive team to ensure organizational effectiveness and sustainability. - Guide the Mission Engagement Advisor team in outreach efforts
- Represent the organization at key fundraising events Established experience in fundraising and donor cultivation
- Solid relational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred
