Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, assisting customers, and keeping the yard clean and orderly.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, ensuring that products are displayed properly and safelyRegularly inspect the yard for any hazards or safety concerns, addressing them promptlyLoad and unload products and materials, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper storageAssist in restocking shelves and displays, keeping track of inventory levels and notifying supervisors of low stockGreet and assist customers in locating products,



providing knowledgeable recommendations and excellent customer serviceAnswer customer inquiries and help resolve any issues or concerns they may havePerform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items, moving materials, and operating yard equipmentWork outdoors in various weather conditions, maintaining a positive and proactive attitudeQualifications/RequirementsPrevious experience in a labor-intensive role, particularly in a retail or hardware setting, is preferred but not requiredAbility to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the workdayStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with othersBasic communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plusUnderstanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentA valid driver's license is preferred for potential delivery tasks or yard operationsCSA Approved Steel-Toe BootsPPE such as: Gloves, glasses, long sleeve shirts#J-18808-Ljbffr
