Job SummaryThe duties and responsibilities of a Vocational Instructor include continuing excellence in one's field, instructional and professional duties, professional development and service. This role ensures quality instruction, curriculum development, and student advising within the Vocational Instructor position.ResponsibilitiesInstructional duties: teaching assignments, course and program preparation and revision, practicum placement, student contact, student advising, evaluation and marking of student work.Skilled duties: curriculum development, student registration and pre-registration duties.Professional development: activities that promote teaching excellence, subject area competence and technical competence.Service: school visitations; participation on OC committees; attendance at articulation meetings; representing OC at other functions; administrative and other duties.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy,
