Engagement Coordinator (Part time)SOFIA House | Regina, SK (Hybrid / Primarily Remote)SOFIA House is seeking a passionate, organized, and community-minded Engagement Coordinator to join our team.SOFIA House is a second- and third-stage supportive housing organization serving women and gender-diverse individuals, along with their children, who are fleeing interpersonal violence, gender-based violence, and family violence. Through long-term, trauma-informed, harm reduction, and person-centred housing and supportive programming, we support families as they work toward safety, healing, stability, and independence.The Engagement Coordinator is a part-time role that works alongside the Program Manager and reports directly to the Executive Director. This position will support fundraising, community engagement, grant development, partnership building, and public awareness initiatives that strengthen SOFIA House’s impact in the community.Position DetailsPart-Time: 15–20 hours per week (with increased hours leading up to major fundraising events)Wage: $20.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)Work Location: Hybrid – primarily remote, with on-site expectations for events and meetingsReports To:
