An independent self‐starter and forward‐thinking problem solver – you don't wait to be told what to do, you take charge and make things happen.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate multi-year repositioning projects, including construction oversight, tenant buildouts, and landlord's workManage budgets, P&L, capital management and reporting including analyzing and acting on financial resultsOversee complex building operations with high service standardsBuild trust with tenants, staff, co‐owners, investors, and contractorsWork collaboratively with other team members providing safety compliance,
