You will lead the FP&A; team, enabling informed decision-making through data-driven insights, all while guiding a team of finance professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute month-end close and prepare management reporting packages
- Guide preparation of external financial statements for audits
- Lead the financial planning and budget processes annually
- Analyze monthly variances and report findings to senior management
- Engage in continuous improvement of finance internal controls Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA certification
- 5-7 years of finance experience with team management
- Retail experience is advantageous
- Proficient in financial modeling and MS Excel
