The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of real estate accounting experience, particularly in retail or commercial properties. You will engage with various departments, enhancing service delivery while managing key analysis and reporting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze rent and expenses for the region
- Oversee accuracy of straight line rent calculations
- Prepare detailed analysis of Net Operating Income variances
- Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
- Liaise with internal teams for responsive support Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in real estate accounting
- CPA designation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and JD Edwards
- Robust analytical and communication skills
