Crystal Cleaning is looking for an experienced Senior general Cleaning to join our team in Montreal. We are seeking a reliable, hands-on professional who can lead a crew while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of qualified cleaning experience
- Experience in residential and commercial cleaning
- Experience in window cleaning and gutter cleaning
- Previous experience leading or supervising a cleaning crew
- Comfortable working outdoors, using ladders and working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to train and guide team members
- Valid driver's licence is a strong asset

Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a cleaning crew on job sites




- Perform residential and commercial cleaning
- Perform window and gutter cleaning
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and according to Crystal Cleaning standards
- Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and the operations team
- Ensure equipment and company vehicles are properly used and maintained
