Additionally, we offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within the company.Job DescriptionA core part of our business is our aerial survey and geomatics divisions, where the successful candidate will join our team to support aerial survey data‑processing, mapping, and delivery of spatial information. Our projects service clients in mining, forestry, and utilities to help with exploration,
planning, and asset management applications. We work with private companies, all levels of government and First Nations, and NGOs to provide practical and technical expertise for data collection, processing and analysis, interpretation, and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport projects through LiDAR and digital image processingPerform Quality Assurance/Quality Control on project deliverables to ensure they are consistent with contract requirements and delivery dates, completing or advising on necessary alterationsMaintain automated workflows/scripts and documentationCatalogue, organise, and store current survey dataQualificationsWorking knowledge of GPS data collection and post‑processing is an assetFamiliarity with Esri, Inpho or Terrasolid software suites is an assetEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team and independentlySuperior organisation skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlinesAdvanced diploma or degree in GIS/Remote Sensing or equivalentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career development and career growthA collaborative and supportive work environmentInvolvement in meaningful projects that make a positive impact on the environmentSalary range of $50,000 – $70,000 annually depending on experienceCandidates may work at their preferred of the two office locations; remote work is not offered at this time.Office LocationsThunder Bay, OntarioFredericton, New Brunswick#J-18808-Ljbffr
