Job Title:Manager, Product Definition – CompressorLocation:1801 Courtney Park Dr, Mississauga, ON, Canada.About the PositionThis position is a full-time, onsite role serving as a technical leader who supervises a team of technologists and analysts responsible for preparing, validating and managing product definition deliverables (3D CAD, drawings, tolerance stack-ups, change orders, etc.) for the Compressor module. The team also provides technical support to Compressor design and analytical groups and collaborates extensively with other engineering modules.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned program tasks within budget and schedule; track progress tomilestones.Prioritize, plan and distribute work to team members.Coordinate workload with other product definition groups in Canada and Poland as needed.Review and approve engineering change documents.Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring appropriate subject-matter expertise is consulted to solve design or quality problems.Evaluate team and individual performance.Support recruiting, hiring activities and development of team members.Participate in or lead improvement initiatives within the product definition organization.QualificationsCollege degree in Engineering Technology with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience.Expertise in model-based definition practices, 2D/3D CAD,
