If you’re ready to make a significant impact through your organizational prowess, we want to hear from you.The Scheduling and Examinations Assistant plays an important role in the successful execution of the University’s student schedules, faculty schedules and examination schedule plans. Reporting to the Manager, University Scheduling, the Assistant is responsible for working within fixed timelines to create high‑quality, error‑free student, faculty, facility and exam schedules that maximize and support student choice, faculty members’ pedagogical requirements and make efficient use of the University resources. This role also supports the hiring, training, and scheduling of Invigilators, in addition to ensuring required documents and materials are prepared and distributed.This role provides first‑level support to exam venues and delivers administrative assistance to support the department’s day‑to‑day operations. During examination periods, hours may vary as the role requires on‑campus presence with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and an ability to move between venues as needed. Staff may also be required to transport materials across campus using a trolley and occasionally lift items up to 20 lbs.QualificationsCompletion of a post‑secondary diploma, preferably in business administration with a focus on big data and data analytics.A minimum of three years working with scheduling concepts,
