Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from conception to completion for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects, managing stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple, large-scale IT projects across various domains (infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, system integration, cloud migrations, etc.).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure all aspects of projects are executed effectively.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and communicated.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to executive leadership and stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks including compliance, security,



and quality assurance standards.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships where applicable, including contract and performance management.

Qualifications:

- University Degree / College Diploma in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex IT projects.
- PMP certification
- Extensive experience leading IT Infrastructure, Cloud migrations and or Applications projects
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Experienced managing budgets, contracts, and working with vendors/ partners
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and vendor management skills
- Shelf motivated, independently driven with a high sense of ownership and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and managed competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity, or enterprise system implementations is an asset
