- Candidates must already hold or be eligible and able to obtain immediately

- Microservices architecture familiarity
Core Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Windows Server environments (physical and virtual)
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, including:
- Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- DNS, DHCP, and domain services
- Manage user permissions, access controls, and storage systems (e.g., NTFS, network shares)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues,
and ensure uptime and reliability
- Execute system backups, recovery processes, and data integrity controls
- Support system modernization and infrastructure improvements
- Maintain compliance with IT policies, security standards, and configuration management practices
Required Technical Experience (Heavily Evaluated)
- Robust, hands-on experience with:

- Experience troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure in secure environments
- Ability to clearly articulate step-by-step technical approaches (“walk me through how you would…”)
Preferred / Supporting Experience
- Experience with Azure cloud environments and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Additional Considerations
- Prior military or government experience is a plus but not required
- Candidates must demonstrate ability to operate in structured, security-sensitive environments
- Older infrastructure experience is acceptable if the candidate can clearly demonstrate current applicability and depth of knowledge
- This role prioritizes security compliance (SEC+ and clearance) and hands-on Windows/Active Directory infrastructure expertise above all else. Candidates should be prepared for scenario-based technical interviews to validate real-world capabilities.
