Senior Learning Consultant (Pharma/Life Sciences)

6-12 Month Contract | Eastern US Time Zone | Remote

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Capability Consultant to support a major capability transformation programme within a global life sciences organisation. This role is ideal for a consultant who combines solid learning architecture expertise with industry credibility and enjoys turning strategic vision into practical, high-impact capability solutions.

Working as an embedded member of the client's team, you will translate an established vision and roadmap into practical learning solutions, capability development initiatives, and role-based learning journeys that accelerate onboarding and performance across specialist populations.

Key Requirements

- Strong L&D; consulting background with experience partnering directly with senior business stakeholders.
- Expertise in learning needs analysis, role analysis, curriculum architecture, learning pathways, and capability framework development.
- Proven experience designing onboarding, capability development, and role-based learning journeys.




- Ability to assess existing learning provision, identify gaps and opportunities for reuse, and prioritise future development activity.
- Experience translating strategic objectives into practical, executable workstreams and implementation plans.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or Medical Affairs experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate credibly with scientific and business stakeholders and quickly understand complex technical environments.

Engagement Details

- 6-12 month contract
- Dedicated full-time assignment preferred
- Must be able to work Eastern US hours
- Remote working
- Potential for extension
