The Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports for a portfolio of investments. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing fund administration deliverables, managing NAV, valuation, and transaction processes, and overseeing month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end accounting activities. The role involves reconciling discrepancies between internal and external records, creating cash flow projections, and supporting audit processes. Additionally, the analyst identifies opportunities for process improvements, participates in special projects, and collaborates effectively with multiple teams.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly and quarterly fund administration deliverables.Assist in review of the NAV, valuation and transaction accounting process.Prepare month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end accounting oversight, including financial statements and variance analysis.Reconcile and raise issues between the administrator and internal book of record.Create and monitor cash flow projections and prepare cash call and distribution instructions.Provide internal and external audit support by gathering financial information.Assist in accounting of acquisitions and dispositions and participate in due diligence as required.Identify opportunities to improve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of team deliveries.Participate in special projects to advance best‑in‑class capabilities and service excellence.Prepare and review financial accounting working papers and follow up with resolutions for auditors.Work well with multiple teams.English and French bilingualism is an asset; proficiency required for Quebec candidates to support clients outside Quebec.Required QualificationsUndergraduate or bachelor degree in accounting or finance.Partial or completed CPA designation is a plus.1–3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in private equity, fund of funds,
