This includes timely and accurate processing of notices, letters, and resident/board correspondence, providing quick and accurate responses to inquiries, and maintaining records and information as required. Integrity and strong attention to detail are crucial for this role.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare notices, letters and correspondences as neededObtain mail and distribute it accordinglyObtain security reports and review for further investigationBook party rooms and collect money as per policyBook elevators for deliveries and move‑in/move‑outsAttend to resident inquiries and follow up in a timely mannerProvide status certificate request forms to ownersRespond to emergency situations in a timely mannerKeep track of insurance certificate requestsMaintain insurance records books for both vendors and unit ownersSet up meetings for Board Approval processEducation & ExperienceMinimum of a High School DiplomaExceptional time management, organization, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, phone and customer service skillsAbility to establish strong relationships with owners, vendors, coworkers, etc.Proficient English speaking and writing skillsExcellent computer skillsProactive problem and solution recognitionStrong detail orientationTravelOccasional travel to head office is required.CompensationCompensation for this role is $43,000 – $47,000+ benefits.DisclaimerThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
