You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and high‑quality outcomes.You will play a key role in guiding project teams, removing impediments, managing risks, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing workplace.What you’ll do?Project Delivery & LeadershipLead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureManage project scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocationProvide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to project team membersLead Agile ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand‑ups, demos, and retrospectivesStakeholder ManagementPartner with business owners, sponsors, and cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize workBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendorsCommunicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to all audiencesRisk, Issue & Financial ManagementIdentify, assess, and resolve project risks, issues, and blockersManage project budgets and ensure cost adherenceEscalate issues and support funding requests where requiredReporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report on project and sprint progressDevelop clear, concise reporting tailored to stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in project practices and delivery modelsRelease & Transition ManagementSupport release readiness,



including documentation and stakeholder approvalsCoordinate successful transition to operational teamsOversee post‑deployment monitoring and success validationWhat you bring?Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree or college diploma in a related fieldPMP certification (required)3+ years of Project Management or Scrum Master experienceExperience managing teams of 5+ and budgets between $100K–$500KExperience in Financial Services or Insurance (asset)Technical SkillsProficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS ProjectStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word)Core CompetenciesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication (verbal and written)Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilityHighly organized with attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environmentCollaborative mindset with a focus on team successInterested in this role, but don't meet every requirement?We encourage you to apply!
