Lead community relations and fundraising at Medicine Hat College as the Director of Community Engagement. This strategic leadership role focuses on collaboration and relationship-building with stakeholders.

As a senior ambassador, you will report to the Executive Director of Advancement & Community Relations. Your responsibilities include fostering impactful partnerships, securing funding, and guiding senior leadership on stakeholder engagement and community relations. This role emphasizes creative problem-solving and contributes to the long-term sustainability and reputation of the College.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement community engagement strategies • Lead fundraising initiatives and secure donations, grants,



and sponsorships • Provide guidance to senior leadership on community relations • Strengthen connections with local communities and stakeholders • Oversee Athletics department for community impact

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in leadership or related fields • Minimum 5 years in management and leadership roles • Exceptional knowledge of fund development principles • Solid communication and integrity in professional settings • Ability to assess industry trends for strategic insights
